Jeffrey Kowal

Jeff has over 35 years of real estate brokerage experience.  Jeff specializes in investment sales of multi and single tenant retail properties.  Prior to joining Edgemark in 1990, Jeff owned and operated his own real estate company in Phoenix, Arizona.  Jeff has owned retail, office and industrial properties.  He has completed $2 billion in transactions since starting in the brokerage business.  Jeff has a BS in Business Administration with an emphasis in Real Estate from Arizona State University.   Jeff is an Illinois licensed real estate broker and member of the International Council of Shopping Centers.
