Carson Pirie Scott has closed their store at the Yorktown Shopping Center in Lombard IL. The building’s owners have turned this 230,000 square foot property over to Edgemark Asset Management LLC on September 1, 2018 for the handling of the facility while its future is being determined. Edgemark will be overseeing the handling of the building and working closely with the building’s owners, governmental services for Lombard, IL and the Yorktown Center’s staff in all aspects of the property’s operation and coordination.
