Edgemark Asset Management LLC has been assigned to handle the management of Norridge Commons, a 331,979 square foot center located at the NEC of Forest Preserve Drive and Harlem Avenue in Norridge, IL.
This is the third assignment from this ownership group this year. The center includes a total of 19 small shop tenants and is anchored by Michael’s, Walgreens, Petco, Staples and Shoe Carnival.
