Edgemark Arranges $11.3 Million Sale of Retail Shopping Center in Morton Grove, IL

Edgemark has arranged the sale of Prairie View Plaza located at the SEC of Dempster Street and Waukegan Avenue in Morton Grove, IL.  The 310,000 square foot shopping center sits on a 26 acre site.  Michael Wesley and Matthew Smetana of Edgemark arranged the transaction on behalf of the seller.  Local developer Kensington Development Partners acquired the asset from Federal Construction Inc.  Kensington is mulling apartments, a hotel, medical offices and other uses to revitalize the Morton Grove center.
