The building is a 28,200 square foot, 100% leased, multi-tenant building. ATI and Action Sports are the anchors along with ten other tenants that occupy the center which include Kumon Learning Center, Sports & Spine Chiropractic, Seattle Sutton and Minutemen Press. Edgemark represented the seller.
