A locally-based investor bought the 68,879 Sq Ft former Dominick’s located at 325 E. Army Trail Rd., for an undisclosed amount on Oct. 14, 2016. Jeff Kowal and John Thompson of Edgemark Commercial Real Estate Services LLC represented the buyer and seller in the sale.
The former Dominick’s building had been vacant for 5 years, and is adjacent to a Home Depot on Army Trail Rd. and east of Bloomingdale Rd. Nearby are national tenants that include Jewel/Osco, Steak & Shake, Buona Beef and Bank of America.
The sale was a great opportunity for the buyer, seller and city of Glendale Heights.
