Property Manager - Edgemark Asset Management LLC

Donna joined Edgemark in May of 2016, as a Senior Property Administrator.  She has over 15 years of commercial property management experience and is an Illinois Licensed Real Estate Broker. Donna is responsible for various retail centers throughout Northern Illinois and Southeast Wisconsin.

Previously as a Senior Property Administrator, Donna worked directly with Senior Management and Property Managers in the day-to-day management of retail properties throughout Northern Illinois and Southeast Wisconsin. She was involved with all aspects of management, including budget preparation, tenant construction, monthly financial reporting packages, revising the annual snow and landscape bidding processes, assisting in property inspections, marketing pitch books, processing and abstracting lease documents, as well as being responsible for all the accounts payable within her team.

Prior to joining Edgemark, Donna worked for NAI Hiffman as a Property Assistant within the Office/Retail sector of management.  She worked in an on-site management office that had approx. 250,000 sf, as well as a class A Retail destination/mixed use (retail/medical) property in Oak Brook, IL.

Donna has a Liberal Arts degree and has been a licensed Illinois Real Estate Sales agent since 1991, and has held her Illinois Real Estate Brokers License since 2015.
