Senior Vice President - Edgemark Commercial Real Estate Services LLC

Joanne joined the Edgemark Commercial Real Estate Services team in January 1996. She is currently a Senior Vice President responsible for Tenant and Landlord representation and new business expansion in the Chicagoland area.

With over 30 years of retail brokerage experience, she specializes in leasing lifestyle centers, downtown/urban retail markets, ground-up projects, mixed-use retail developments, power centers, and grocery anchored centers.

Joanne has also represented tenants in their expansion in the Chicago marketplace, including Dollar Tree, Fashion Bug, Lane Bryant, Oberweis Ice Cream, Jeans and a Cute Top Shop, and Edie’s Boutique.

Prior to joining Edgemark, Joanne was a Senior Leasing Representative with Landau & Heyman, responsible for the leasing of regional malls and power centers in Illinois, Indiana and Tennessee.

Joanne is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and Retail broker’s Network, and participates in the Women in Retail Leasing (WIRL) Association. She received a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Elmhurst College and is a licensed Real Estate Managing Broker in Illinois.
