Randy joined the Edgemark Commercial Real Estate Services leasing team in April 2016.

With over 10 years of office and retail commercial brokerage experience, he currently works on Edgemark’s diverse retail property portfolio which consists of lifestyle centers, power centers, grocery anchored centers, retail strip malls, and retail outlots in the Chicagoland suburban submarket.

Randy has also represented “mom and pop” tenants as well as regional and national brand franchisees such as Andrew’s Garden, Closet Factory, Hot Tub Tony’s, Jackson Hewitt, Pro Nails and Smallcakes.

Prior to joining Edgemark, Randy’s previous career in design/build architecture encompassed everything from designing “from the ground up” shell buildings to interior space planning and construction drawings. His architectural background includes design for retail spaces, professional offices, medical offices, industrial office/warehouses, educational facilities, call centers and corporate headquarters.

Randy is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and Retail Broker’s Network. He received his degree in Computer Aided Design and Drafting and is a Licensed Real Estate Broker in the state of Illinois.
