Dollar Tree, O’Reilly’s, Little Caesars and Jimmy Johns are the primary tenants of the center, which is 100% leased.
Wauconda Crossings is located at 614-620 W. Liberty St. at the southwest corner of Route 12 and Route 176 in Wauconda, Illinois.
The property is adjacent to a free standing Walgreens, which was also sold by Edgemark in October.
