Jeff Kowal of Edgemark Commercial Real Estate Services LLC’s Investment Team arranged the sale of Concorde Green Shopping Center at the intersection of North Avenue and Bloomingdale Road in Glendale Heights, IL.
The center is 205,499 square feet and is anchored by Valli Produce. Other tenants include Baskin Robbins, Anytime Fitness, Family Dollar, Dollar Tree, Popeye’s, Burger King & Taco Bell. The center was sold to a local private investor.
