Richard M. Robey CSM and Sr. Vice President of Edgemark Asset Management was appointed as Receiver, with the Edgemark Asset Management company, handling the leasing for the former Family Dollar store located at 5114-5132 S. Racine in Chicago, IL.
Edgemark, LLC was also appointed the leasing assignment. The building is 13,000 Sq Ft with a parking lot containing 75 spaces. It is located in a highly populated area, close to Interstate 90, with 10,400 VPD on 51st St and 5,700 VPD on Racine Ave. Neighboring tenants include Walgreens, McDonald’s, Dollar Tree and Auto Zone.
