EDGEMARK BROKERS THE LEASE OF A 16,500 SF BUILDING TO ONE OF ENGLAND’S MOST FAMED STEAKHOUSES
CHICAGO, IL – Edgemark Commercial Real Estate Services LLC has brokered the lease of a 16,500 square foot building in River North at 500 N. LaSalle St. The three-story building was formerly Gino’s East and before that Michael Jordan’s Restaurant. Hawksmoor, rated No. 1 on a world’s best steakhouse list, has leased the building and plans to restore the designated landmark that dates back to 1887.
