Rich has over 25 years of experience in commercial and investment real estate. Prior to joining Edgemark, he served as Senior Vice President of Commercial Real Estate for Heartland Bank & Trust where he managed a team overseeing $150 million in troubled real estate exposure.
Prior to Heartland Bank, Rich was Managing Director of Commercial Real Estate at J.P. Morgan Chase. He held multiple roles over his 15 years with Chase including oversight of their national portfolio of problem commercial real estate and REO.
Rich is an Illinois licensed real estate broker, a Certified Property Manager (CPM) and a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers.
